    Isang Grade 12 student sa Dadiangas North High School bayan ng General Santos City, ang kinakailangang operahan sa ulo matapos hagisan or batuhin di-umano  ng isang rolyong scotch tape ng kanyang teacher dahil sa sobrang kakulitan sa klase.
  
    Kuwento ng ina ng estudyante na si Cristina Regaro sa sobrang kakulitan ng kanyang anak ay binato ito ng kanyang teacher na si Cristine Britania  ng isang rolyong scotch tape na agad tumama sa ulo ng kanyang anak dahilan ng kanyang pagkahilo at pagsusuka. Agad naman itong dinala sa ospital, subalit pagkahapon ay pinauwi na sila ng doktor dahil maayos naman na ang kalagayan ng kanyang anak. 
  
   Subalit pagdating sa bahay ay muli itong nagsusuka at agad din naman nila itong isinugod ulit sa ospital. Dito na nalaman na may namumuong dugo sa kanyang utak at kailangan itong maoperahan.  Nag-ambagan naman ang mga estudyante at mga guro sa Dadiangas North High School para may maipaabot na tulong sa pamilya ng estudyante at nakalikom sila ng 20,000 pesos, subalit ay hindi parin kasya sa hospita bill. Mahigit isang buwan ng nakaratay sa ospital ang estudyante. 
  
  Pina-iimbistigahan na ng Dep Ed Gensan ang pangyayari at hinihintay din ang pormal na reklamo ng pamilya ng estudyante na isasampa laban sa guro.
